We the undersigned, petition the Mole Valley Local Committee to undertake a full and detailed scrutiny review of the East Surrey Highways Department in relation to the robustness of the consultation with businesses over the redevelopment of the Pump Corner lights and the proposed introduction of a controlled parking zone for Dorking.
